Mustafa went out of his way to make sure I got the best service possible. He called and texted me to explain exactly what was going on with my car. He gets a 10 out of 10. There was an issue however with service possible. He called and texted me to explain exactly what was going on with my car. He gets a 10 out of 10. There was an issue however with my service. I was there for recall and a problem with my rear drivers light. I was told that the light was not an issue that BMW was responsible for (that the damage was from some kind of impact). There was no impact to the light and you can clearly see that there is a manufacturing problem with the light. More
