The Sales person was great but what happened in accounting was unbelievable. I have lived in the US for 10 years, this is my 3rd O1 Visa as a non resident, and they were telling me I needed to give accounting was unbelievable. I have lived in the US for 10 years, this is my 3rd O1 Visa as a non resident, and they were telling me I needed to give them a “card” for my O1 visa, which doesn’t exist. I showed them USCIS official documents showing my approval to work in the country, I asked them if what they needed what the visa in my passeport, and they kept insisting for this “card” that doesn’t exists for O1 visa. They even said I should reach out to my lawyer because I am supposed to have this “card”, but obviously they had no idea what they are talking about regarding immigrants and paperwork for them. And they wouldn’t listen to me, even though I am now on my 3rd O1 visa. Eventually, they let me go with the car without this fictional “O1 card” proof, but they left a real bitter taste in my mouth and I almost felt like I didn’t want to buy the car from them anymore. They do not know how to handle non residents and make them feel bad for bwing here, even though I am completely legal, I showed them all the proofs, and I have been paying my taxes on time for 10 years. And my credit score is excellent. Really unbelievable experience. The 2 stars are because my sale person was really nice, overwise I would give zero stars. More

Awful - what was expected to be a 2 hour appointment was quoted as 5 hours when I got to the dealership. Then, 5 hours later, an additional hour was added. All in, a 6 hour job.
