I would rate you r dealership 10 stars everyone is so polite and make you welcome and it is so relaxed everyone was a pleasure to talk to!I came to your dealer because of 10 star Nate Cramer my wife's Fi polite and make you welcome and it is so relaxed everyone was a pleasure to talk to!I came to your dealer because of 10 star Nate Cramer my wife's Fiesta had quite a few miles so because Nate always went above and beyond to help my wife and I told we will come to Klabens because of Nate!I wanted acouple accessories andNate took care of it immediatley!Itold my wife you guys sure know who to hire cause you hired Nate and few of his former employees from Frd Martin!You will be very happy that you hired Nate he will be a wonderful employee for you WE also are very happy with the Maverick very nice quality little truck.We have 3 Fords and will always come to Klabens for service and wheneverI I am ready to buy again be sure we will be back.ps all the guys that came with Nate are good guys also,I came because of Nate and it was a pleasantexperiance you have a first class dealership!!! As always it was a great visit with Klaben Service. I had "The Works" done. I do have a little problem though . Since they rotated my tires, I have a TPMS (tire pressure senser) light that is on. I have checked my tire air pressure and everything is correct. I just emailed my great Service Adviser, Nate, about that so I will bring my car back soon for that and I am sure that problem will be resolved. More

I took my Escape in to Klaben service bc it was showing a notice that systems were shutting to save energy. Nate the service advisor told me they check it out and get back to me. Nate called and said my batt notice that systems were shutting to save energy. Nate the service advisor told me they check it out and get back to me. Nate called and said my battery was bad and needed replaced. I said okay. Nate called back and said I had Gord Pass points I could apply to the cost of the battery. He asked if I wanted to use them and I said yes. He didn’t have to do that, but it shows how Klaben treats their customers. I will always go there to service my Escape and future cars. More
