Its bad enough to sell a used vehicle that had no spare
tire, no jack or tools to change a spare. but I had Service order me a spare tire and rim...its now been 2 1/2 to 3 weeks, and I finally got an updat
tire, no jack or tools to change a spare. but I had Service order me a spare tire and rim...its now been 2 1/2 to 3 weeks, and I finally got an update that your still waiting on the rim and escalating it to find out when its shipping...I honestly would have thought with all the delays, and no update, you would have at least offered up something like a small discount as I have been driving for over a month with no spare. I have explained many times, I will be driving 1065 miles soon and need this before I leave....now what happens if I finally get this tire and it doesnt fit if I do break down...if it comes delivers before my trip
I had a great experience with my purchase, but very upset over service right now...as you can tell.
