I recently purchased a certified pre-owned 2021 Volvo. What an excellent experience. I actually took my old car in for service and while I was waiting and walking around Neil Amaral approached me and aske What an excellent experience. I actually took my old car in for service and while I was waiting and walking around Neil Amaral approached me and asked if I needed help. I explained my driving situation and he was so very pleasant and accommodating. Not pushy or smothering. He showed me a few cars and I told him to get back to me on Monday the following week ..which he did. I sent my husband there to meet Neil and low and behold...I am driving my "new ride". I love my Volvo and really appreciate those men who helped me. Neil was the best.! Professional and courteous and a pleasure to deal with. He kept me informed every step of the way. 10 stars for Neil in my book.!!! I came back with my husband and we had to sign all of the paperwork prepared by Henry Zhu. While this man was inundated with numerous purchases, he still had time to meticulously explain the financial aspect as he prodded along to meet all of his deadlines for the day, Again, an exceptional finance manager who was professional, pleasant and knowledgeable in this field. 10 Stars for Henry Zhu. I had to go back to the dealership to get a tutorial for all of the features in the car and that's where Alex Piriv came in. We had to re-install my Volvo remote auto start which he did. He had the patience of a saint dealing with me...but it goes without saying that he was knowledgeable about it all. And when we were done he gave me his card and advised if I needed anything else...I should reach out to him for assistance. 10 Stars for Alex. For the record, any time I need service Billy always helps me without a question. Smythe Volvo should recognize these dedicated employees which, I feel , exemplify the ultimate customer service experience. I refer my family and friends to Smythe specifically for the reason above. We started out journey by finding a car online. We reached out to the dealer and they responded extremely quick. After speaking to someone, we were transferred to David. The process dragged on f We reached out to the dealer and they responded extremely quick. After speaking to someone, we were transferred to David. The process dragged on for 3 days, which we expressed the desire to place a deposit until the weekend so we can see the car. This is where the ball was dropped. A lot of back and forth and no action. We decided to go in instead since the deposit wasn't processed. We got to the dealer and was helped by Neil. Neil was awesome which I give 5 stars. He assisted every step of the way. More
