Pleasant 1st time buyer experience About a month prior, I had previously exchanged emails with Kriss Arbury in relation to a different pre owned automobile and while he was responsive t About a month prior, I had previously exchanged emails with Kriss Arbury in relation to a different pre owned automobile and while he was responsive to my request for additional information, he was not blowing my Inbox up with wasted emails as some dealers had done. In an interesting twist, I was not initially in the market for a Mercedes, however a test drive, on a whim, the previous weekend reeled me in. I called Kriss and inquired about a pre owned MB unit on their lot. Just like the month prior, he was responsive and said come by and drive it. Upon the initial meeting and throughout the process, Kriss was unpretentious and easy to work with. Kriss encouraged me to take the vehicle when I mentioned that I wanted my mechanic to look it over and said very confidently, "because it's a CPO, whatever they find, if anything, we will fix it." I did end up purchasing the vehicle from Kriss and MB of the Woodlands and to be honest, prior to entering the dealer, I had already experienced a disappointing interaction with a Benz dealer to the south of them, based on that event I had decided that if MBoTW customer service was lacking in any manner, I had planned to throw in the towel and look elsewhere after the new year. The entire MBoTW's group that I interacted with were professionals and as a 1st time owner, I believe they represent the brand well! More
