went there to purchase what would have been our fourth purchase from Koon’s but no customer loyalty and to prove that I purchased a new suburban from another dealer with same sticker price for thousands l purchase from Koon’s but no customer loyalty and to prove that I purchased a new suburban from another dealer with same sticker price for thousands less and the dealer was pulling vehicle from another dealer and it had a Koons’ tag on it. It was one of the vehicles I was negotiating with Koons but they couldn’t get price where we needed to be. With that said Koon’s service department is excellent and I would highly recommend their service department. More

is very nice kind of a rotating door on personel but there standards i can see are pretty good. Everything was great. I have had an issue with my shift to park and when I called Nick knew exactly what was wrong and he was able to get me in fast, two other problems ca I have had an issue with my shift to park and when I called Nick knew exactly what was wrong and he was able to get me in fast, two other problems came up on my vehicle and that was a dressed and they fixed everything in a few days. Nick was super sweet and he kept me updated daily on my car. The only problem was my USB was not work when I got my car back, so I had to bring it in again, but Nick got me out of there in no time. I would just have the mechanic double check things before giving them back because this is the second time after something was fixed it had to come back in because the person forgot to do something. last time I had to have my car towed from PA (where I live) back to Koons. More
