We live in Mexico Mo. so Columbia Honda and Bommarito in St. Louis were my choices and to my surprise the people at Columbia Honda were off the charts. I received a very competitive quote from Trent Custard within minutes on a Friday night so decided to drive in the next day. When we pulled onto the lot I called him and he met us on the lot then started showing us the Accord LX I had selected on line from their inventory. He was very knowledgeable and honest with everything we asked about the car and when I asked him to trim a little more off the price he was able to help us out. We test drove the car while Trent went over all the options and safety features the car has, We were very pleased with the car and the service Trent and his Supervisor gave us so decided right there to work the financing out. This purchase was the easiest and most relaxing experience my Wife and I ever had, Even the Finance Department was exceptional and got us a very good rate, we were very impressed with the whole Dealership everything was so clean and organized, all the associates were polite and friendly. I would defiantly Purchase another vehicle and recommend my Family members to use this Dealership. More

Pleasant buying experience I bought an older Jeep they took in on trade. As I was driving off the lot, the check engine light came on. I took it back in and the service depart I bought an older Jeep they took in on trade. As I was driving off the lot, the check engine light came on. I took it back in and the service department fixed the problem, approximately 250.00 - 300.00 worth of work, with no charge to me. Plus the salesman, Trenton Custard was very good to deal with and not the typical pushy kind always asking, "If we get to the right price are you willing to buy today....." I never did business there before, but I will check there first and recommend Columbia Honda to my friends. Chris More

Helpful and personable I went into Honda wanting to look at a specific car. I wanted to check out a CR-V I had seen online. A guy named Arthur helped me and he went out and I went into Honda wanting to look at a specific car. I wanted to check out a CR-V I had seen online. A guy named Arthur helped me and he went out and found the car within 5 minutes of walking in. when he drove it up to the front he asked if I wanted to take a test drive. The car was great. The entire time I was looking at it, I felt no pressure to buy. He told me about the features and the great 1.99 interest rate I qualified for. At the end of the day, he was very personable and helpful. I love my new car and I enjoyed working with Arthur at the store. More

The sales manager, Dave Johnson, honored his word and kept our monthly payment the same down to the dollar while shortening the term of our loan. I was confident in my credit and told him that I wanted something newer than my 2009 Honda Accord, like a 2012-2015. He showed me the 2017 Honda Accords and in my mind, I'm thinking "My credit is good but not that good." I asked if it was available in a color I liked and it was. I test drove it and I liked it. While waiting on the financing decision, his team checked on me and were very nice. To my surprise, I was approved for the car but wasn't too keen on the financing and Josh picked up on that. He went to his team and before I knew it, I drove off the lot with a brand new Honda Accord Sport in a color that I picked out! He and his team will continue to get my business. More
