He LISTENED to us and tried to solve our issues and concerns. He put us first and went out of his way, more than once, to make sure our needs were met. We also met with Nick Del Negro a couple of times during our negotiating. He, like Simon, LISTENED to us and worked within his limitations to make sure we would become satisfied customers. Once we decided upon an automobile we were introduced to Morgan Kin, the finance manage. Morgan like Simon and Nick knew her business and made the financing process easy and pleasant.
