Very attentive and friendly staff. My only comment would be tat we took the car in for service on a Monday anthe told us everything was fine. I consistently adhere to scheduled maintenance for my vehicle, ensuring it receives timely attention whenever the service light illuminates. I noticed the service light was on, indicating a recommendatio vehicle, ensuring it receives timely attention whenever the service light illuminates. I noticed the service light was on, indicating a recommendation to replace the brake pads due to mileage. While initially assured that the rotor appeared satisfactory, subsequent inspection revealed a need for rotor replacement as well. Unfortunately, the inspection video provided by the dealership only covered the underside of the vehicle, offering no visual evidence or assessment of the rotor's condition. This lack of transparency and discrepancy in assessment reflect poorly on the dealership's integrity. Regrettably, this experience has eroded my trust in their services, and I have decided not to patronize this establishment in the future. Furthermore, I will refrain from engaging in any business dealings with this dealership due to their apparent lack of honesty and professionalism. More
