I live in St Pete, and I took my X5 into the St Pete BMW center TWICE for a check engine light, they said there was no issue found and sent me home. I took my X5 to Ferman, they diagnosed the issue and they center TWICE for a check engine light, they said there was no issue found and sent me home. I took my X5 to Ferman, they diagnosed the issue and they had it fixed (new parts shipped overnight) by the next day! Ferman’s showroom and service waiting area are much nicer, the staff is friendly, and in the future I will be going out of my way to go to Ferman from now on More

I purchased a New 760i in 2024. I love the car. With the exception of a few recalls that could not be fixed each time I came to service. Each time I brought my car in for service I I love the car. With the exception of a few recalls that could not be fixed each time I came to service. Each time I brought my car in for service I received subpar service. This is not the BMW service that I had become accustomed to throughout the years. Several times I left with my car, not being serviced completely. and always had to return a few days later. Many times I came in for a regular service and ended up returning the next day because some warning light would be on. I met Nick who was my customer Service person. He went out of his way to see that my car was completely serviced. He made sure I received a loaner car versus the past several times I have came to Service and gotten the runaround. My last service person she acted very cavalier never explained anything that was going on with my car. Nick was very thorough and I left feeling confident my car was serviced properly. I will ask for Nick going forward for all my service needs. More
