The service was great, I like that they added the feature of sending a service test message to approve or deny the services and also show a demo of what needs to be fixed. The only thing I didn’t like is they had my car for almost 2 days why not offer me a loaner to test out a new bimmer and I would have been ready to purchase a new car. More

Had a recall on my car. I was never there before. I had recently put air in my tires. The low tire pressure light stayed on so I asked while my car was there could they r I was never there before. When I got my car Nick said they couldn’t get the display to reset and since they don’t work on older models I should just looked for someone who does. On the way home the display went crazy with more characters, most I never saw before. It kept saying to stop the car carefully. Even the windshield wipers came on by there selves. I called back and left a message as to what could have happened and received no reply. Now the SOS with a sword through it comes on whenever I first start the car. When I did leave a message I wanted to know what the recall was for and didn’t hear back about anything. I think I didn’t hear back is because they did something to the sensors when they were trying to reset the low tire pressure light More
