Usually Great Service but When I received my car both BMW center caps from my wheels were not put back on. I had to go back in and tell service advisors caps were missing. Serv When I received my car both BMW center caps from my wheels were not put back on. I had to go back in and tell service advisors caps were missing. Service advisor fixed the issue but I had to wait another 30 mins for vehicle. When I got home I realized the tire stem valve caps were also not put on. Had to go out of my way to stop at auto parts store to buy new stem valve caps. It was like the mechanics just left without doing quality control check. More

Easy to get an appointment, excellent communication and accurate estimates prior to service. My service advisor, Nick Hawk is attentive, patient and honest. I always receive prompt service and great advice on care and maintenance. Everyone else I've been in contact with has also been courteous and professional-from the people who greet you on arrival to the employees at the loaner vehicle desk to the shop foreman who patiently listened and test drove my vehicle with me to pinpoint an issue to the parts specialist Pete who helped me find the best value. Everyone really works together to provide the best experience for their customers. More
