Usually Great Service but When I received my car both BMW center caps from my wheels were not put back on. I had to go back in and tell service advisors caps were missing. Service advisor fixed the issue but I had to wait another 30 mins for vehicle. When I got home I realized the tire stem valve caps were also not put on. Had to go out of my way to stop at auto parts store to buy new stem valve caps. It was like the mechanics just left without doing quality control check. More

Fast, friendly, pleasantly treated I made an appointment for Saturday morning and when I arrived there, you would have thought I was the only one that had scheduled service until you we I made an appointment for Saturday morning and when I arrived there, you would have thought I was the only one that had scheduled service until you went into the waiting area and saw several people already there. I had personal service and offered a car to go get breakfast while they performed my service. I did accept and returned after about an hour to accept the return of my vehicle that had the oil changed, wipers replaced and tire pressure light off. Car was washed and ready to go.
