Worst experience ever. Just wanted to express that my visit after driving 8 hours was the worst experience at a dealership ever. Ive never been lectured by a sales manage Just wanted to express that my visit after driving 8 hours was the worst experience at a dealership ever. Ive never been lectured by a sales manager because of an offer I made on a vehicle. Tell me it's ridiculous but don't tell if he had known that was going to be my offer he would have told me to stay home!! Really. should have walked out right then especially after his as ridiculous offer back. Any how I drove there fully intending to make a purchase. Ive owned over 10 brand new vehicles in my 67 years of life. current is a 2019 Ram Limited Pickup and a 2023 Palisade Calligraphy. So we can rule out the possibility of any future SALES to me/my family or anyone else I might be able to influence. Bottom line is we ended up $300 apart but that was only after my wife and I were almost 200 miles down the road. I really felt bad for Kevin for his loss of a sale and the great job he did assisting us. As for Nick I have nothing good to say about the experience we had with him. I wanted to do a review but decided not to. Hopefully this will reach somebody that it matters to unless that the way business is always done there. More
