Worst car buying experience I have ever had and it is due to Danny Whang. I have never been treated with such disrespect at a dealership. I purchased MANY vehicles in my time and I am a loyal Rick Hendrick to Danny Whang. I have never been treated with such disrespect at a dealership. I purchased MANY vehicles in my time and I am a loyal Rick Hendricks customer. Danny Whang was dismissive and condescending. He was not interested in my business. I finally left and only came back because the GM called me back. Danny Whang is dishonest and should not be allowed to negotiate with customers. Nick was a nice kid. More

The dealer made us a great offer on a vehicle that was originally outside of our price range. The buying process was pretty good but the car was delivered with a dead restart battery. I was told this happ originally outside of our price range. The buying process was pretty good but the car was delivered with a dead restart battery. I was told this happens on the lot so feel like this should have been checked. There was also some kind of sticker residue in the bed of the truck that was not removed during cleaning. The dealer also pushed the extra warranty several times. More
