I have been looking everywhere for a particular model, year and color of car. I am from Nebraska, but was able to locate exactly what I wanted at Zeck Ford through their internet sales department. I was able to look at video of my car, get a quote for my trade in and obtaining financing all before I traveled to Kansas to complete the deal. When I arrived, the vehicle looked and drove great, as promised. I did notice a small detail in the interior that I wanted fixed, and Hunter Martin was able to arrange the interior repair to be done at dealer in my hometown. Hunter Martin, Reggie Murray, Nicole Frederick and Whitney Pakenham were all great to work with. More

I had contacted Zeck Ford through their website to check on a Chevy Volt. The Nichole responded quickly. She answered all of my questions. I let her know that my wife and I would be traveling from out of st on a Chevy Volt. The Nichole responded quickly. She answered all of my questions. I let her know that my wife and I would be traveling from out of state to look at the car. She made sure we had an appointment and that the car was the one we were seeing on the site and had all the options. I asked to have the car charged so that we could make sure the charging was working. We arrived and Nichole had me ask for Steve. Steve had everything ready. The Volt was charged and we took it for a test drive. It was clean and in great shape. The charging cord was missing and Steve said they would find it or send me one. In less than two hours we were on our way home with our new to us Volt. Nichole contacted me and as if they were able to find the cable and I let her know that the parts dept was closed. She made sure the cable was shipped out and we had it a day later. Zeck for treated us great and the people we were in contact with were very professional. I will purchase from them again and I will tell my friends. More
