Drop off and approval of services were the only easy things about this service. The dealership never contacted me when completed and either did not answer when I called or transferred me to someone else things about this service. My car sat for multiple days fixed and me unnotified. they also sent a scam message offering me a purchase quote for my vehicle as it was in “high demand” with an extremely disrespectful price. After I got it back, it had a ding in the back panel that was not there before (you can tell because whomever did it rubbed the dirt of the spot as they were checking it and no notice was given about it. This dealership has been extremely dishonest in its practice while dealing with me and my wife. They lied and told me that the car’s tires were inspected however after looking online at what they inspe practice while dealing with me and my wife. They lied and told me that the car’s tires were inspected however after looking online at what they inspected they did not inspect the tires. The rear right tire then blew not even 24 hours off the lot. The trunk and the key fob do not work even after changing the fob’s battery. They tried to tell me that the trunk was working before I left with the car and had no issues. This is an outright lie. When I picked the car up initially a 19 year old kid at the dealership told me the trunk might not work it’s been known to have issues. So the dealer I dealt with has been dishonest. The manager has been dishonest by telling me the tire was inspected and when I asked for the finance manager to explain why I’m paying over 10k for a car listed at under 6k he became hyper aggressive and I had to put him in his place. The dealer ship and their behavior and level of professionalism is outright bizarre and uncharacteristic of a dealership worthy of any body’s time or money. As a business owner I am appalled by the entire team and their management’s behavior and lack of character when dealing with clients. I STRONGLY urge anyone reading this to go anywhere else. More

The sales guy was great but they sold me a 2017 Tacoma Truck that was unsafe. they did not disclose that it had been a Fire Rescue truck on the beach in San Diego. all the rust and sand had been spray pai Truck that was unsafe. they did not disclose that it had been a Fire Rescue truck on the beach in San Diego. all the rust and sand had been spray painted over both underneath & any where it showed. Worst of all the vehicle was UNSAFE with both rear Leaf Springs broken. numerous mechanical things were rusted and near breaking: Fan shroud Broken at bolts, power steering cooler rusting out, steering rack leaking. over 16 items not related to normal wear & tear, especially for a vehicle with 25,000 miles on it. So far, they dealer has given me the run around and wants "their mechanic to talk to my mechanic." At this point, i will be going to WSADA to report they sold me an unsafe vehicle and covered up major deficiencies. More
