Fully disclosed my cars issue and history. They got back to me and agreed to do an independent diagnostic on my cars shift problem and codes After dropping my car off the day before my appo They got back to me and agreed to do an independent diagnostic on my cars shift problem and codes After dropping my car off the day before my appointment and left it there for them. (and I shouldv of known as the service writter was dismissive and almost had to be convinced to take my keys and file) a day after my appointment, I received a message that the service manager was going to look at my car even tho the service appointment was pre arranged yo be with him...after four more days of waiting, I called to find out they did not look at my car, it is a "can of worms " and "obviously has prior workmanship issues" all of which I felt also, asked them to give me a fresh look at the shifting issue, and a quote to fix. In the end, after my car sat thete for 9 days, the result was Refused to Service my Car, diagnose my car, or even provide a quote. Im not impressed with this dealership. More
