Good evening, just want to give a shoutout to Mr. Nino Mannino, who was all about customer satisfaction, professionalism, and genuine effort while working hard to give me the best deal possible on my Nino Mannino, who was all about customer satisfaction, professionalism, and genuine effort while working hard to give me the best deal possible on my trade in. He did give me a great deal and got me in a new, 2025 Kia Telluride EX X-Pro. We are from South Carolina, and were on vacation in Orlando, and on our “drive back day”, Mr. Nino contacted me to have me come take a look at the vehicle I had inquired about online the day before. Since the drive to Port Charlotte Kia from Orlando was 2 and a half hours, and right after I had to drive back 8 hours to go back home to South Carolina, I reluctantly drove to the dealership with little hope of getting a deal done. Mr. Nino reassured me I was not going to waste my time and told me the dealership (Kia of Port Charlotte) would make sure I got a great deal, and told me he would take care of me. Once we got to the dealership, Mr. Nino kept his word, and helped me get not the deal I wanted, but something better than I expected. Thank you Mr. Nino for being so genuinely engaged with me and making sure we were taken care of! We drove the 8 hours back home in style, and could not be happier. I recommend doing business with Kia of Port Charlotte, especially Mr. Nino. More
