I have a feeling they hadn’t even looked at the car yet….so I paid for Uber to go home. They told me it would be done a couple of hours on Fruday. I got a text Friday 9 am, uodate done, part ordered….car will be ready in an hour. Told them I’d pick it up in two hours. I arranged for someone to drive me to dealership…on my way in…about noon (so almost three hours past the time Nobu said it would be ready, another text….part won’t arrive until afternoon, let’s schedule return appt. Huh? You said an hour…”I apologize”. I get there….the other lady in service area says I will get a call when part arrives, could be a couple days, so install next week…huh??Nobu says let this afternoon, this person says couple of days….since I’m there I make appt for Monday. They say they will call when part arrives. Friday no call. Saturday no call. I think service is. Loses Sunday…so I don’t think I’m getting a call today. On my way home…I check tire pressure….not inflated to spec..now I’m questioning whether the tires have been properly rotated…..no a good service visit. Should have kept my Lexus.
