I have been a BMW customer at this dealership for approximately 8 years, and have purchased 4 vehicles there. I had an issue with my service contract. I was contacted by the finance manager Noha, who worked out an agreeable solution , and also extended my service plan at a fair price. Maybe it's the euphoria of the new car smell (new to me), mixed with the excitement that comes with owning a new vehicle (upgrading from a 2014 328i). Whatever the circumstances, I came away with lasting impressions. Shopping at Flemington BMW was truly an unexpectedly pleasant surprise. I drove 6+ hours through three states for this purchase and I don't regret a single minute of the trip. Distinctively: Tom: You're a class act, my good man.
