Stopped into Flemington BMW early evening withou I was in the market for an all-wheel drive convertible. Had already looked into a competing brand. Stopped into Flemington BMW early evening without prior appointment and was introduced to Greg Eckert. He took the time to find out what I kind of vehicle I was interested in and narrow the discussions to those vehicles. As I was looking for CPO and wouldn't be ordering a new car to my specs, Greg was very willing to describe the features and "packages" that BMW put into these vehicles (e.g, "cold weather" package," lighting" package, "technology" package) and what they really mean to a driver and prospective owner. Brought out and test drove the convertible that matched my interests. Showed and explained as many features as someone like me could take in. Low pressure, very polite and friendly, but eager to make sure that I felt the car he was showing was a good deal which is, after all, the whole point of interaction. Closed the sale the next day. Greg was there when we picked up the car and made sure we were happy with the whole process and the vehicle. I am writing this one week after I bought the car and can say that I love it. Fit my needs perfectly and no buyers remorse at all. More
