He took excellent care of me and was willing to spend the needed time for test drives and ensuring that I was making the right choices as far as options for my X3M. Everything was "no pressure" which I always appreciate. He's knowledgeable on the product and got any questions I had answered quickly. Ed Kiley is also great to deal with. He made sure the deal worked out to my satisfaction. This was my second time working with Ed, the first being a custom order a few years ago and both experiences were excellent. From the finance perspective, Noha Amin was efficient and ran through the final signing process without any pressure. If I clearly wasn't interested in something, no problem. Just move on to the next step. However, in a few cases where an additional protection plan (or something of the like) could be of real benefit to me, she was quick to point out why. More
