Absolute pleasure to deal with!!! Norma was amazing to deal with. I purchased a used 2017 Suburban from her on Saturday. Upon driving it home a couple of issues were discovered. I r Norma was amazing to deal with. I purchased a used 2017 Suburban from her on Saturday. Upon driving it home a couple of issues were discovered. I returned to the dealership Monday morning with the vehicle. Norma got me a loaner immediately and took my vehicle. Norma went above and beyond to make sure every issue was addressed before it was returned to me. I would definitely buy another vehicle from Castle and will be referring my friends and family here.
