Jerry Johnsonat Subaru of Jacksonville was very knowledgeable of the vehicle I was looking at. Purchase experience was great; however, communicated the process for obtaining a permanent tag requires a lot of work. In brief, temp tag was set to expire and requested a new temp to get us beyond the process for obtaining a permanent tag requires a lot of work. In brief, temp tag was set to expire and requested a new temp to get us beyond the typical 30 day issue window, since we would be out of town. Unfortunately, I had to make multiple requests to dealership staff before they followed through with this request; after multiple confirmations that new temp tag was issued and in the mail. Plate was, eventually, received around day 36. More

Mark Ogden and his sales manager ROCKED it! I submitted an online request and was contacted within minutes. He stayed with me for the entire duration of this process which took several days to I submitted an online request and was contacted within minutes. He stayed with me for the entire duration of this process which took several days to make a deal. Mark was transparent and honest, which is lacking in most dealerships these days. He took such good care of our new to us purchase for my daughter, and I couldn’t be happier. He made sure everything was taken care of before we walked out the door. This dealership make buying a new car so easy. My wife spoke with Nando, basically picked out a car over the phone .Nando sent her a proposal for her trade in and cost out the door. I went in and met with Nando and he had the new car sitting there ready to go. I went through finance and out the door. All of the employees at this location are very friendly and polite. Great job !
