Josh worked with me on the getting the best price for my budget. First on the Crosstrek - then when we changed our mind - it was NO PROBLEM! So gracious and genuinely concerned that we made the right decision on the car. No pressure! He worked a deal on the Forester. I thought the Forester was out of our budget but Josh worked a deal I was not expecting...thank you SO much! Bruce was so patient! He answered all our questions (in person at the dealership and on the phone over multiple days). He really listened to us about all features I wanted in a car. He offered us to test drive all the cars/trim levels to make sure we got the perfect car that met our needs! We went in wanting a Crosstrek Sport but Bruce knew I wanted other features that the Crosstrek did not offer. I thought the Forester would be too big/more car than I thought I wanted - but there sat the beautiful Silver Sport Forester! Once I drove it, I knew this was the car for me! Thank you Bruce!! Ryan is awesome! He made the paperwork so enjoyable! Normally, when it comes to paperwork - its just sign, sign, sign...but this guy - he is AMAZING! As for the lower Service Department rating this goes back to my 2016 Outback, I was having low tire pressure on one tire after the third time taking it in and insisting (with pictures of my low pressure tire) the tire be removed and checked the problem was resolved but not before the warranty ran out. If the technician would have explored the problem even after the second return the warranty would have covered my $100.00+ expense. But to their credit all other services have been great. More

They endured the long wait while we were trying to get our accounts "Unfrozen" from Equifax. Juan was also very helpful in getting us information we needed to get a "faster" response from Equifax. Reminder to everyone, unfreeze your accounts before you go car shopping, just in case you do decide to apply for a loan rather than paying cash. This is our second car purchased from Jerry & we are so happy we bought our car at this dealership. The buying process was great & stress free. We feel we got a good deal for our new Outback Onyx. Everyone else we encountered were very professional & friendly as well. The facility works very well in observing CDC guidelines to keep their customers & staff safe. Thanks Jerry & Subaru of Jacksonville! We will be back when I buy my third car from Subaru of Jacksonville. My husband is hopeful that Subaru will produce a Hybrid soon. Debbie Thornblom More

I'm a CT resident currently working and living part time in FL. My coworker suggested Subaru of Jacksonville and Bruce Holmes for a salesman. After some Internet browsing, I went to test drive a 2018 Forest in FL. My coworker suggested Subaru of Jacksonville and Bruce Holmes for a salesman. After some Internet browsing, I went to test drive a 2018 Forester. Bruce then suggested I try the 2021 which of course I liked better. After comparing the numbers on both vehicles it was actually cheaper APR and insurance premium wise to by the 2021. Bruce worked hard to show me all my options and got me a great price. Best of all Subaru of JAX has a sister dealership in CT so I was able to register my vehicle there and keep my CT plates at least for now.......😁 More
