Came back for inspection on ‘24 crosstrek, told my tires needed to be replaced, and that an issue I was having was not part of my package so I’d have to pay out of pocket… completely unacceptable. The issue had to do w my rear view driver side mirror not defrosting, the passenger side works fine…. But not part of my package??? Technician would not even listen to my concern. I will not be back again for any service. More

Roy Beck and W&L Subaru are the reason I keep coming back for service at their location, which is much further away than the nearest Subaru dealership to my home.
