Refreshing Car Purchasing Experience When my wife and I started out on our search for the high demand/low supply used Crosstrek, we were disappointed in a Winston Salem NC salesman that t When my wife and I started out on our search for the high demand/low supply used Crosstrek, we were disappointed in a Winston Salem NC salesman that treated us like we had to bow down to the fact that their car was a precious jewel, and that the only reason we were contacting them was to beg for their fantastic priced car. The guy wouldn't haggle at all, and came off insulting. Nobody likes to buy a car like that - buying a car should be fu, dernit. We haggled with a few other regional Subaru dealers who were fair enough, but when we contacted Crews, we were refreshed to speak the upbeat Mr. Rhett Crull. A joy to work with - respectful, hard working, personable, honest and even gracious when faced with a negotiating quibble, never once did we feel he was trying to pull one over on us or maximize his commission. To the contrary, he made the experience fun, and actually seemed professional enough to care that we were happy. That's what we all really want isn't it? Rock bottom price isn't the only desire we have. Instead, we want a full-spectrum enjoyable buying experience. At every point during our transaction of purchasing that cute 2015 desert tan Crosstrex for the wife, Rhett made the experience a pleasure. What was most impressive, is that after the sale, when we had to resolve a couple of minor transaction discrepancies, Rhett *continued* to remain as upbeat and hard working as when he was selling the car. Great Car Buying Experience Came in for a new Subaru Crosstrek. I had already done my own personal research in what exactly I was looking for in my next vehicle and what kind of Came in for a new Subaru Crosstrek. I had already done my own personal research in what exactly I was looking for in my next vehicle and what kind of features I wanted. I was drawn to the amount of safety features that Subaru offers for a reasonable price. I test drove a Crosstrek first with Rhett first and then took about 2 weeks to decide what model and specs that I wanted. After attempting to find a vehicle in the color that I wanted originally through another dealership, I decided to go with one that Rhett had to offer for almost the same price with even more features! The team were very thorough and helpful through the whole process and took care of almost everything! Pam handled the financing which was very smooth and easy to understand. Robert K is very knowledgeable on the Subaru product line, answered all of my questions and pointed out many key features of the Outback. When it came down to closing the deal, Kevin Madeo didn’t play any games, presented a fair deal, and was able to meet my price point with very little negotiation. Pam Baker was great to work with related to protection plans for my Outback. Pam was was very thorough in explaining options available to me and was able to provide a discount on options I purchased. Robert K was great during the delivery process explaining how everything worked on the Outback. If you are in the market for a Subaru, I highly recommend Crews Subaru! More

Best car shopping experience! I am one of those people that will tell you how much I hate to buy a car simply for the reason that other dealerships have made it so grueling in the I am one of those people that will tell you how much I hate to buy a car simply for the reason that other dealerships have made it so grueling in the past. We went in knowing we wanted a Subaru, just didn't know whether we wanted a Forester or an Outback until we could compare them side-by-side. Rhett made the entire process so easy and answered questions we didn't even know we had. Once we decided on the Outback, it was time to work out a price. The usual back and forth between sales and us that I expected just did not happen. We were given a reasonable deal on both the new purchase and our trade without having to fight hard for either. I would highly recommend them. More

AWFUL!!! I will NEVER walk in this dealership again!!! The only good experience I had was with Robert! Pam Baker was pushy and was asking me to put down my boy I will NEVER walk in this dealership again!!! The only good experience I had was with Robert! Pam Baker was pushy and was asking me to put down my boyfriend’s info when he was not there and I did not feel comfortable doing that! Then she complained because “She was told five more minutes” in regards to waiting on my boyfriend to get there, when I was not not the one who told her that. Then, when we asked Jerry Peters to come down ONLY $1200 because WE HAD CASH he would not and was very rude. Then, when leaving and trying to pull out onto the busy road, I was honked at by Pam behind me because she was too impatient for me to wait for cars to pass by! These people do not care about their customers and I will make sure this review is seen by EVERYONE!!!! ZERO STARS FOR PAM AND JERRY!!!! More
