I notice that the Consumers Report Buyer Guide has it ranked top in its class for this year. Your staff handling the matter was top class in kindness and thorough in its explanation of how the new car operates. The only disturbance was that I thought the transition of monthly payments for the new car would be arranged as part of the closure of the operation. It was not that smooth. Again, Crews bent over backwards in seeing to it that I would have all questions answered regarding the operation of the car, even providing me with $50 worth of gas. Small things like installing a trunk mat were done without my asking. Your staff is the epitome of Southern Charm. More

Excellent car and dealership I have been a customer at Crews Subaru since it transitioned from Saturn to Subaru. I have purchased 3 cars at Crews. All the purchases were pleasant I have been a customer at Crews Subaru since it transitioned from Saturn to Subaru. I have purchased 3 cars at Crews. All the purchases were pleasant experiences. I have been very happy with the service department (especially Matt, Shawn, and Jason) and with the parts department (Kevin). I worked with Trey Norwood in sales with my last two purchases including a 2019 Forester I purchased last week. He is very friendly and knowledgeable and applies no pressure. I have found that Crews is very competetive on sales price compared with other South Carolina or Savannah Subaru dealers and is very fair on trade in values. Their documentation fee is lower than many dealers, and Pam and Josh handle paperwork efficiently. I have owned 5 Subarus since 1998 and all the cars were problem free and reliable. The 2019 Forester is the best Subaru I have owned - quiet, handles well, and loaded with many standard safety features including Eye Sight. I think it packs alot of value at a modest price. More

NO ONE beats Crews Subaru. This is the 11th car I've purchased from a dealer over the last 40 years. This is my 4th Subaru. I bought the last 3 from Crews Subaru. Why? Becaus This is the 11th car I've purchased from a dealer over the last 40 years. This is my 4th Subaru. I bought the last 3 from Crews Subaru. Why? Because NO ONE comes close to offering the product they sell combined with the the finest staff I've had the pleasure of working with. I would like to take this opportunity to extend my highest praise to my personal salesman, Robert Kozakiewicz. He is AMAZING. He anticipated my every question and need. He spent well over an hour teaching me how to use the smart screen in my new Forester. We went for 2 nice, long test drives. He called my insurance company to switch over my policy, He cleaned out my old car for me. My title was at home and they made special arrangements for me to just drop it off at the home of one of their employees who lives close to me so I didn't have to make another trip. Service, service service! I also wish to recognize the manager - Al Cerone- that helped me nail down an extremely equitable deal, both on the purchase price of my 2018 Forester and on the trade in value of the car I brought to them. He/they CLEARLY showed me they value my repeat business. Total professional: no pressure and (authentically) respectful. Bonus points for beautiful blue eyes! I won't go into how great the Crews service department is; you'll have the pleasure of finding out when you buy a Subaru. More
