My advisor, Patrick was good. He’s helpful and answers my calls on a timely manner. The two issue is that I was missing the fuse box covering piece from the passenger side of my vehicle which they claimed th calls on a timely manner. The two issue is that I was missing the fuse box covering piece from the passenger side of my vehicle which they claimed they never touched. I later found that piece under the mat. It must have fallen off when they put back my car mat. They do a car wash, which they really shouldn’t because the mats are soaked wet when they put it back in. The second thing, my air vents were making loud noises so I had to bring it back in which they told me “a leaf” was the cause for the noise. I wish they would inspect the vehicle throughly and not rush through the job. Someone needs to give everyone’s vehicle a second look before returning it to the customer. We pay for the service and deserve for it to be fully completed. Thank you. More
