I got the pleasure to work with Robin. When I came in he got me into a truck I had asked about earlier on the phone. He was able to work with my budget and get me an interest rate with the bank to get a payment to fit what I needed. Robin also made it very clear that if I had any trouble or needed any assistance with my GMC in the future to give him specifically a call and he would help me out and get me taken care of. This was also extended to getting anything added to the vehicle as well, extra storage under the seats, speakers whatever I wanted that wasn’t stock latter on. I would recommend Moore Buick GMC to all my friends in the area in the future. More

Sales woman was checking her watch like she didn’t have time to sell me a vehicle until I said I’m trying to buy a vehicle today or tomorrow and then shrugged it off as it’s worth my time now. Wanted m time to sell me a vehicle until I said I’m trying to buy a vehicle today or tomorrow and then shrugged it off as it’s worth my time now. Wanted me to buy a vehicle on the spot (which I wanted to) but banks were not open to talk to so I said I would be in the next day and apparently that offended him because the next day he brought up the fact that I didn’t buy the vehicle on the spot. On top of that they were constantly trying to get me to put a deposit down for it from 2000 then 1000 then 500. I told them if it’s still there the next day then I’ll buy it but then the dealership told me they would call the other guy that’s interested in the same vehicle to come down and buy it in front of me. Overall poor to meh dealership. For buying a vehicle within 48hr and knowing what one I wanted on the spot. More
