We stopped at Headquarters Honda on a Sunday afternoon just to browse several Honda vehicles not knowing the dealership was open. Suddenly Dylan Hartwell appeared assuring us that they were open. After a just to browse several Honda vehicles not knowing the dealership was open. Suddenly Dylan Hartwell appeared assuring us that they were open. After a brief conversation Dylan showed us two types of Honda CR-V’s. Although we did not come with the intention of purchasing today, we found ourselves inside the dealership after a test drive purchasing our new Honda. Because my wife does not drive after dark Dylan drove our newly purchased Honda CR-V to our home for us. We are glad to become a member of the Headquarters Honda. More

Wasn't Expecting To Buy Honda I had an amazing experience with Headquarter Honda start to finish. Hope was my initial point of contact when I began the search for a new vehicle. Sh I had an amazing experience with Headquarter Honda start to finish. Hope was my initial point of contact when I began the search for a new vehicle. She partnered me with Dylan and maintained communication with me throughout the process. Dylan was very patient, knowledgeable and thorough. He answered all of my questions and made the buying process seamless. I wasn't initially going to buy Honda but Hope and Dylan changed my perspective and are 100% responsible for the sale. Dylan came in on his day off and facilitated a solid trade-in value plus drew up paperwork that met my budget. Paul and Shawn were equally hospitable and guaranteed that I left with my expectations exceeded. This dealership is lucky to have these employees and I'm happy to be part of the Honda family. More
