So, I just bought my 5th car from them since 2008 (yeah, I'm rough on my cars! 😆), and I only buy from Bourne's! I currently live in Waltham, but am happy to trek down to Easton to buy...I know I'm going t I'm rough on my cars! 😆), and I only buy from Bourne's! I currently live in Waltham, but am happy to trek down to Easton to buy...I know I'm going to get the best deal, and they make it wicked easy! I love that when I walked in, about a half dozen employees saw me and greeted me by name ("Hey Bethany!")! Mario Lee sold me the last two, and I wanna give him a shout out for making it easy (and actually, fun!) along with Carlos, and Tara in finance! I also want to give a shout out to their service team... When I finished the paperwork for my most recent victim...er, car.. one of the service guys (whose name I can't recall, but the whole team is amazing!) brought it out and mentioned that they gave it a good cleaning inside and out, because he remembered me mentioning that the only time my cars get cleaned is when I bring them in for service/replacement! Holy cow...talk about amazing memory/service!!! Cannot recommend more highly (again! 😆)!!!! More

The people here are very nice! Family oriented, no pressure, I felt like home, the process of purchasing our new vehicle was so nice and easy. Since I got there, the services was excellent, I went th pressure, I felt like home, the process of purchasing our new vehicle was so nice and easy. Plenty of cars to choose from, but cars sell themselves. The difference was the service. Jose was great, especially on a busy weekend. He was assisted by Dallas, who went above and beyond. Amazing Service I have seen Paul Sandler in the Service Department of Bourne's 3 times in the past 6 months. He makes the process easy and is very good getting back to me with any questions or concerns I have. I have had nothing but the best service from Paul every time I had a problem or a repair made. I have gone back to him and will continue to deal with him because he is honest and respects the customer.
