Service managers Paul and Armen are 2 of the most courteous, honest and transparent professionals in the business. I drove 45 mins to have my car serviced here because I couldn’t trust the dealership courteous, honest and transparent professionals in the business. I drove 45 mins to have my car serviced here because I couldn’t trust the dealership closer to me. They are both a class act and set the bar very high for how outstanding, professional Mitsubishi advisors should service customers and their vehicles. Unlike another dealership who charged me hundreds of dollars above average for services that weren’t appropriate or necessary for my PHEV, they have never tried to upsell or pressure me to add excessive service items since I purchased the vehicle at their former Duarte location back in 2019. Because Paul himself has driven the same vehicle, he knew exactly what maintenance items were needed and even examined previous service invoices to prevent repetition or duplicate charges. I will continue to have my vehicle serviced here - as long as Paul and Armen are there. Thank you! More
