For the first time in my life, I was not sure what car I wanted. Martin listened to my likes and recommended two models. I drove them both repeatedly over the next week. I then left the dealership to test drive nearly all the models of competitors. Martin kept in touch without pressure and answered my questions. When the time to "negotiate" arrived, I was surprised with Mike Lilley and the transparency of the process--virtually no negotiating involved, but listening to my desires and meeting them. Paula Alpha in financing made this process as quick as it could have been. Best car buying experience ever. Highly recommend Martin, Mike, and Paula. More

Erich was extremely knowledgeable, polite and courteous. His knowledge of the vehicle and it's equipment were outstanding, there were no questions he could not answer and he was quick to point out the smaller details and nuances of the options. At no time was he pushy, distracted or in a hurry. I wish I could remember the name of the service technician we spoke to as well, as he was open and willing to answer all of your questions regarding the COP process and findings. Not only did Kriss follow up with me this whole time about him searching for one, he actually found someone who was willing to trade it in so I could have it! Kriss presented me with this beautiful car with A-1 service! He made my experience with my first Mercedes memorable. Kriss’ customer service didn’t end there. He cares si much about your experience and is happy and excited right along with his customers. I will always buy from Kriss. I can also say my experience with Paula in finance was exceptional!
