I appreciated the prompt initial response from my inquiries and followup emails from Marcos, who went above and beyond to inform me of all the options available to me and to make sure all my questions were answered to my own satisfaction. His personalized emailed video clips were a nice touch to hold my interest without feeling pressured into finding the perfect vehicle for me. Before my email exchanges with Marcos, I was content to shop for a previously owned vehicle at non-MB dealerships. But I realized from his advice to always purchase a luxury brand like MB, preferably certified, from a Mercedes Benz dealer, that many of the cars that cannot meet the criteria to be certified, end up at non-Mercedes dealerships. Moreover, I greatly appreciated his explanation that CPO is a rigorous process which allows MB USA to extend the warranty one more year with unlimited miles. Once I arrived at the dealership, I felt welcomed and that my time was respected, since the process of test driving the vehicle, initiating my credit application, assessing my trade-in, completing the purchase agreement paperwork, evaluating available additional coverage and warranties, and completion of financing was all done in less than 3 hours, which was a welcome change from the all-day experiences I've had in the past elsewhere. I feel very fortunate that I did not make the mistake of purchasing anywhere else! Thanks so much! More
