Back a few years ago I accompanied a friend to Falmouth Toyota when he was looking for a vehicle. I found the staff and dealership in general treated him with respect and kindness, something I had never ex Toyota when he was looking for a vehicle. They even treated me the same way and I was just the friend, not purchasing anything. I was asked by several members of the staff if I wanted coffee or if I needed anything. He did purchase his vehicle there. Now in need of a vehicle for myself, I decided to talk with the same sales person my friend did business with. This again is a good sign, the same salesperson was still employed there and has been for five years or more, his name is Ronnie Sjahfiedin. Again I was very impressed with the salesperson and the dealership. They were all nice and treated me with respect. I found that they don't negotiate price too much, but their prices are competitive. They were excellent with financing and paperwork. Everything was explained to me and I was not rushed through the paperwork. I did purchase the vehicle I was interested in originally, but, was shown any vehicle I wanted to see, less expensive or not with no objection or bias from the salesman. Ron tried hard to match my likes to a vehicle. In general I found my experience with Falmouth Toyota to be excellent. I highly recommend the dealership over any others on Cape Cod or the south shore. I would not hesitate to recommend, or purchase another vehicle from them. In short they are a great dealership, check them out, you won't be sorry. More

We were welcomed by everyone we came in contact with. Tom Murphy took us for several test rides and did not try to talk us into car in particular. He let us make up our own mind. When there was a problem with the radio he had a brand new one installed on the spot so we did not have to come back another day. The person who handled the financial details was very helpful. I have had trouble getting in touch with John concerning a promise of new car mats. We have been playing phone tag for several days. More
