This was our best experience ever in buying a new car, and it was our first time buying a car from other than the big three, General Motors, Ford, and Chrysler. We purchased a new 2013 Toyota Avalon Hybr and it was our first time buying a car from other than the big three, General Motors, Ford, and Chrysler. We purchased a new 2013 Toyota Avalon Hybrid Limited from Falmouth Toyota, and are very pleased with the dealership, the staff, and the car. We bought a 2011 Toyota Venza from Falmouth Toyota believing it was AWD. The day after we bought it we received a call from the dealership telling us that they had made a mistake. The vehicle was no believing it was AWD. The day after we bought it we received a call from the dealership telling us that they had made a mistake. The vehicle was not AWD; it was front-wheel drive. We told them we really wanted AWD so they went to work to find exactly what we wanted, even driving to New Hampshire to get the exact color we wanted. We ended up leasing a gorgeous 2013 Venza for an incredible price. We so appreciated the integrity of this dealership in informing us of their mistake and we have told many people about our experience. We even wrote a letter to the sales department thanking them. We would highly recommend Falmouth Toyota to anyone! More

John O'keeffe went out of his way to provide helpful information as we were trying to decide whether to purchase or lease a new Prius V. Over the course of 2 weeks he spent several hours with my wife information as we were trying to decide whether to purchase or lease a new Prius V. Over the course of 2 weeks he spent several hours with my wife and I and at no time did we feel that we were being pressured to make a decision that we might later regret. He answered numerous questions thoughtfully and made sure we understood his explanations. John was very low key and supportive as we considered various options and we left feeling very satisfied with our experience in buying a new car. We will happily and enthusiastically recommend John and Falmouth Toyota to our friends. More

This was the second Prius Hybrid that I have purchased from Fal I recently purchased a 2013 Prius Plug-in Hybrid. I worked with Ron Sjahfiedin. This was the second Prius Hybrid that I have purchased from Falmouth Toyota. Because of my good experience with Ron Sjahfiedin when I purchased the first Prius, I knew I wanted to go with Ron for this second Prius. Ron is extremely knowledgeable about his inventory. He has high social intelligence and was quickly able to narrow down the purchase options to a small number of possibilities. He brings energy and humor to the purchase experience. He is quick without being high pressure or overbearing. He instill trust in his customer. I was shopping with my wife and he answered both our ranges of questions. I am happy to recommend him at the highest level. When the transaction was finalized we were taken to business manager Peter Cavicchi. He presented to us a strong sense of competence. Because of a factory rebate program that was involved in the transaction there were some hard-to-understand details. Peter was patient and clear in explaining all the details. One felt that Peter was someone to trust. I have dealt with Falmouth Toyota for many years and have long felt that it is the best run and most trustworthy automobile sales and service I have ever been acquainted with. We went to Falmouth Toyota for regular maintenance a week ago. Since 1992 we have purchased our cars from Falmouth Toyota and always go back to the dealership for service because of the expertise, knowledge ago. This time,as our 2007 Prius was being serviced we were looking at a 2013 plug-in Prius - out of curiosity- not because we were thinking of buying a car. Ian Nixon took the time to show us all the features and chat with us.Still with no intention of buying a car we talked with Ian about cost, trade-in, and 0% financing...he took the time to process our thoughts and situation even though he knew we were not in the market to buy a new car. We went home and called Ian with additional questions regarding the plug-in Prius and its advantages and cost to run compared to a regular Prius. By this time we were thinking "new Car" after hearing about timing for an honest/excellent trade- in value and 0% interest ,terms and payments . Ian called the next day having done research to find answers to all our questions concluding that the plug-in was not the best choice for us in our geographic situation and travel needs. By then we were looking on line at their in-stock Priuses and Ian suggested one in particular- we went to see it and he showed us every feature highlighting familiar features to the 2007 explaining and demonstrating advantages of the added features in the 2013 model.Tom and Matt Murphy each came by during the course of our shopping with friendly conversation and inquiries -as well as confirmation that we were making a good choice for our needs. Tom Sr. came by and did so as well. Ian continued the process of our purchase with attention to detail, friendliness and efficiency. He guided us to Amy for the financing application process which Amy did with friendliness and efficiency .We were given a sheet of reminders( Re: Title & insurance etc) Back to Ian who said we could pick up that day or the next- we opted for the next. He took care of registry ,changing the plates , getting us in for our sticker going over features and technology and even set up our Bluetooth phone system. He encouraged us to call if we were in need of any refresher or had questions about any features. He was personable, friendly, knowledgeable and accessible and amazingly patient !!! It was an unexpected and wonderful experience buying our new car last week !! We highly recommend Falmouth Toyota and Ian Nixon! More

Over the years we have gone off cape and bought many vehicles from the various Quirk dealerships. We have no complaints as all our experiences were positive but Falmouth Toyota is definitely a notch ab vehicles from the various Quirk dealerships. We have no complaints as all our experiences were positive but Falmouth Toyota is definitely a notch above. The best car buying experience we've ever had. We bought a 2013 Corolla for my wife after soliciting internet quotes for comparable vehicles from several dealers. Internet research at Kelly Blue Book and Edmund's showed the initial quote from Falmouth Toyota was VERY favorable and all the numbers were very straightforward, as they should be. By comparison, quotes I received from Honda dealers seemed comparable but upon questioning I discovered that the quotes did NOT include the destination charge. That's a pretty big number to leave out when a consumer is trying to compare apples to apples. Add that to the big difference in doc fees that other dealers charge and quotes that LOOKED similar are suddenly closer to one thousand dollars higher. We like the way Falmouth Toyota does it. No games or surprises. As for the rest of the sales experience, John O'Keeffe went above and beyond especially in the time he spent familiarizing us with the vehicle even AFTER the deal was consummated. Excellent product knowledge, friendly, and professional. Keith Stanger was great as well. There was excellent follow through to our initial internet inquiry but absolutely no pressure. He worked hard to make the deal happen without being the slightest bit overbearing. We were totally impressed with the overall dealer experience and we will definitely return for service as well as future car purchases. We will also be sure to tell our friends! Falmouth Toyota gets an A+++++++++. One additional note. Several days after picking up the Corolla we noticed an unusual sound in the steering at very low speeds. We had read that the Corolla uses electric assist power steering as opposed to hydraulic so we were not sure if the noise was normal or indicative of a problem. We called the service department and asked if we could bring it by and have someone come out to listen to it. Taylor Voner said to bring it right over and we did. The service manager (Tony Martino) came out and listened to it. He then went and got another 2013 and sure enough that one made the sound as well, so it is in fact normal for the model. We appreciated that he actually brought the other one to the service lot so we could hear it for ourselves rather than just saying he had checked one.... very reassuring for my wife. She loves the car and the sound is really not a problem now that we know it is "the norm" and not indicative of an issue with the steering. More

Back a few years ago I accompanied a friend to Falmouth Toyota when he was looking for a vehicle. I found the staff and dealership in general treated him with respect and kindness, something I had never ex Toyota when he was looking for a vehicle. I found the staff and dealership in general treated him with respect and kindness, something I had never experienced at any dealership before. They even treated me the same way and I was just the friend, not purchasing anything. I was asked by several members of the staff if I wanted coffee or if I needed anything. He did purchase his vehicle there. Now in need of a vehicle for myself, I decided to talk with the same sales person my friend did business with. This again is a good sign, the same salesperson was still employed there and has been for five years or more, his name is Ronnie Sjahfiedin. Again I was very impressed with the salesperson and the dealership. They were all nice and treated me with respect. I found that they don't negotiate price too much, but their prices are competitive. They were excellent with financing and paperwork. Everything was explained to me and I was not rushed through the paperwork. I did purchase the vehicle I was interested in originally, but, was shown any vehicle I wanted to see, less expensive or not with no objection or bias from the salesman. Ron tried hard to match my likes to a vehicle. In general I found my experience with Falmouth Toyota to be excellent. I highly recommend the dealership over any others on Cape Cod or the south shore. I would not hesitate to recommend, or purchase another vehicle from them. In short they are a great dealership, check them out, you won't be sorry. More
