We went to Falmouth Toyota to take advantage of the short time offer of 0% Financing and because we wanted a new Toyota Prius since our Prius was an '04. We particularly went to see Ken Collins in Sales because he has assisted us with car purchases for over two decades. Ken listened to our concerns and ordered the exact Prius and color we wanted, did not try to sell us more than we wanted. The best part is how much all the staff including Matt Murphy and the folks in the Finance Department did all the paper work down to the last detail and treated us like we were buying the most expensive vehicle available. Front Office, Back Office, Sales and Service all made the purchase of our new 2013 Prius a pleasurable experience right down to the coffee and fruit.
