I wanted to extend my warranty. After several attempts, phone call, eight emails, including emails to the manager no luck. I even drove to the dealership during a pandemic. I cannot get a response. After some bad experiences at other dealerships, I will say I don't usually name names, but from my experience there I am happy to say that the sales person we worked with, Bill Mullarkey, I would highly recommend working with him directly, he was professional, knowledgeable, kind, and no nonsense. I have had the opportunity now to purchase my 2nd Infiniti in 10 years, and I am very happy we made this decision its like meeting up with family when I see them for service. Most amazing dealership that I have ever worked with! I was looking for a smaller, used SUV in the Chicago land market, and found a 2017 Lexus RX 450h Sport for sale at Infiniti of Clarendon Hills. I emai I was looking for a smaller, used SUV in the Chicago land market, and found a 2017 Lexus RX 450h Sport for sale at Infiniti of Clarendon Hills. I emailed the dealership and within the hour, Andreas Korallus called me to discuss the car. He was highly energetic and willing to work with us in order to make a deal. I went in the next day to meet with Andreas and he was amazing, could not have asked for a better representative for the dealership! I was debating between the Lexus and a 2017 Volvo, and Andreas worked with us to ensure that we were happy, not only with the car but with the deal. Everything that we requested, the dealership complied with, in order to make us a member of their family. The general manager even brings his adorable dogs to work sometimes - a giant plus for this dog lover!!! Andreas is in the Marine Corps, so he was deployed in the middle of the deal - so he made sure that one of his associates, Rishi Nath, worked with us to finish the deal. Again, Rishi was amazing. There were a few things wrong with the car once we took ownership (a sensor light went on, oil change light, 2nd key was missing) and Rishi made sure that everything was taken care of in a timely manner. I work in Downers Grove, and he came, left me a loaner vehicle and took my car in to get serviced a few days after the sale. This exchange could not have gone smoother - thank you, thank you, thank you!!!! You have made me a customer for life - HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!! Jenny P More
