Went to see car that I was told was in stock but when I arrived it was not available. Then was interested in another vehicle which during the sales process was hit with a 399 dealer prep which was not disc arrived it was not available. Then was interested in another vehicle which during the sales process was hit with a 399 dealer prep which was not disclosed in their ad on their website. Tried to confront the discrepancy of the ad but was told to call tomorrow to speak to the manager. Next I spoke to both Jude and Peter which where both incredibly rude and denied wrong doing and the cars listing on their web site and told me I must pay the dealer prep fee. Then the next day they changed their ad on their web site to reflect the dealer prep fee. I sent two emails to the general manager ray a week ago and also called several times and left messages which I have had no response. This dealership has showed me they will hit you with every extra fee they can think of and false advertise prices on their website. They have no customer service and management are unethical. I have attached the cars ad before and after from their website. Stay away from this dealership as well as the management. Jude and Peter need training and should not be managers. The general manager ray is horrible at returning phone calls and emails. Dishonest dealership stay away More

Everyone was helpful the Finance manager Terry explained the best finance options that suited my budget.Pete the sales manager was very helpful in getting our 2 car deal done with the best price and no hassles.Enrique explained every single option on the car and has called to make sure everything is going well after our purchase. Back in February 19th of 2022 I innocently decided to finance a car with DCH Honda. I was told that the car was in perfect conditions, had only one owner so even though it had high mileage (96,575) to be finance a car with DCH Honda. I was told that the car was in perfect conditions, had only one owner so even though it had high mileage (96,575) to be exact I was told that the car was suppose to be driving like new because the car was kept up to date. Come to find out 2 weeks into me having this car it started giving me problems with the oil and it started making a weird sound. Ironically just 2 weeks after, March 18th a day before my 30 day warranty was up the car continued and it was even louder, the car also had burned out breaks and rotors which I had to invest in because they told me they weren't going to help me. I tried to get in contact with them and they would never be available all I kept getting was voicemails and no call back. 4 months in and the car just gets worse. I tried to get some sort of help but they told me they can't do anything about it and my only options were to either, diagnose the car with them and pay out of pocket or go to another Honda to do the same because my 30 days warranty was up even though I had my proof that this problem started while on my warranty. I keep having to pay the price of damages that I was unaware of when I was sold the car under "perfect conditions". Til this day August 20th I'm still having even more problems with my car. As time goes by the more problems it appears to be. It's ridiculous that after working so hard for my money to invest in a car they don't even have the decency to help me with the situation they put me in. These people are liars and they will scam you and tell you all these beautiful lies and after you're in the mud and the money is paid they won't even bother. ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY! DONT LET THEM FOOL YOU. DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT. THEY ARE SELFISH AND DONT REALLY CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS OR THEIR MONEY AS LONG AS THEY GET THEIR COMMISSIONS! THEY THINK THEY CAN GET AWAY WITH THINGS. Extremely disappointed in this dealership and will NOT be returning once my contract is up. DO NOT RECCOMMEND. Professional scam artists and couldn’t care less about the customer!!! So many things went wrong and were barely willing to fix any of it. I bought my own lease out after 3 years and was being charged $5000 over the actual price owed on my car. They didn’t provide a bill of sale in my hard drive, so I had no idea what exactly I was paying for. When I went back to confront them, they printed some xx copy on the spot of where this unknown money was coming from. They claim they shred files after a certain amount of days which makes no sense either, especially if everything is online. All of the fees were xx. They didn’t care. Pretty sure they charged me for the retail price of my car and not the buy out. Manager wouldn’t even come out to speak to us about anything, even after we requested to talk to him but proceeded to help other customers who walked in way after us. These people suck. More
