This is the third Subaru we've purchased from Dean Subaru. We keep coming back not only because the cars are great, but the customer service has been outstanding as well. This was especially true for Steve Hirsch and Phil Dean. Steve is very personable and provides information rather than a sales pitch. Phil came over to congratulate us on our purchase and they both followed up with us to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase and offer any help we might need. I'd recommend both Subaru and the Dean Team to anyone looking for a vehicle. More

I have never actually had a pleasant buying experience at a dealership before buying from Dean Team. My wife and I went in with our 9 month old baby to test drive an Atlas, and our sales rep Myles was extrem a dealership before buying from Dean Team. My wife and I went in with our 9 month old baby to test drive an Atlas, and our sales rep Myles was extremely friendly to all three of us the whole time! The pricing of the car was initially a bit over what I thought it was worth based on market research, but they were actually willing to meet me at a price that worked out well for both of us! Financing was a breeze, and they gave our little girl a cute little teddy bear on the way out the door! That teddy bear is still her favorite toy in the car. The only drawback (which isn’t even big enough to warrant dropping off of 5 stars) is that the payment packages they have you read through to sign up for extra coverage are not clearly defined, so it would be very easy to accidentally sign up for thousands of dollars in extra unnecessary coverage without realizing it. More

My recent purchase was the 2nd consecutive car purchase at this dealership and Sam. We had been looking around, but our final stop was with the Dean Team as we knew that would be the benchmark. Sam Goevert is the most helpful and least intrusive car specialist I have dealt with in my life. He is always focused on the right outcome, not selling a car. He pulled up/showed us the competitions vehicles to make sure when we chose it was correct. We ended up purchasing an Atlas Cross Sport from Sam. This vehicle was for my wife, and Sam was very conscious of that fact. He helped her to evaluate the fit in a way that didn't make her uncomfortable or put her on the spot. In the end, I think that we purchased the vehicle in order to have an excuse to work with Sam again. More
