Communication seemed to be lacking from the start. When I spoke with Rachel on the phone and inquired about what the diagnostic fee covered and entailed, she communicated that the fee was more of a de When I spoke with Rachel on the phone and inquired about what the diagnostic fee covered and entailed, she communicated that the fee was more of a deposit hold rather than actual payment for the technician’s time. At time of service I spoke with a different customer service employee who checked me in. He took down what I had already known to be the issue of the vehicle and also forgot to detail issues with the rear window. When this was brought up to Rachel she questioned my word and went back to the tech to ask what they had thought of the issue. At this time she came back and said I would be charged an additional diagnostic fee for that issue, even though it was mentioned at check in. When reviewing the estimate I questioned the price of the part that I needed due to the fact that when searching the part online through Honda I was able to find it for less than what they wanted to charge me. Overall the service was far below what I expected from a well known dealership. I was greatly disappointed and will be sure to deter others from Russ Darrow Honda at all costs. Once I returned to my vehicle the tech had left the trash from their diagnostics in my car. Just a very rude and awful experience throughout. More
