They are professional, provide an explanation of the services and repairs which my car needs so that I can make an informed decision. A loaner car is available in the event my car needs parts which need to be over-nighted. The service center washes and cleans my car before it's returned to me. The service manager keeps me informed during the entire process so I know what is going on. The service manager knows my car as if it was his own. I have been working with the same service manager for many years and he knows exactly want my car needs. Makes it so easy for me. Amazing service with a smile. More

Maintenance was done and the power mirror problem promptly identified and rectified, but while doing so they also identified a further, previously not experienced computer problem and attended to it as well. These folks are thorough and very professional. They get things right and make me feel appreciated as one of their clients. Another great experience. More
