I had a great buying experience at this dealership. Valerie Paniagua was my sales representative and she was great to work with. She answered all questions from start to finish. Everything is fine but I think there is room for improvement. Looks like service desk was short staffed when I arrived. I stood in front of their desks for about 15 minutes until someone helped me. improvement. Looks like service desk was short staffed when I arrived. I stood in front of their desks for about 15 minutes until someone helped me. I did have an appointment but everyone was so busy with their computer, phone calls or shuffling paper. Finally someone said we will be right with you. When I left all was good but someone left their empty red Gatorade in cup holder and a dirty napkin in my door handle. I appreciate your help and hope those guys get some more help. More
