I can't say enough about this dealership. I left for a year due to a situation with my 15 sonata,I had no choice but to get a new vehicle asap and at that time there were no used Tuscons on t I left for a year due to a situation with my 15 sonata,I had no choice but to get a new vehicle asap and at that time there were no used Tuscons on the lot ! I didn't want new due to cost. I went and got a SUV from another dealership locally and let's just say I feel that dealership could learn a HUGE education from Hyundia of St.Augustine! Complete 180 . I told everyone I couldn't wait to get back to Hyundia after always being a hyundia owner for over 20 years! When I came back, it was like family! The big hellos from service dept ,seeing Joe, the guys that sit where you pull your car in gave me handshakes and said good to see you back! Every person asked immediately how my parents are as they have been long time customers as well. I felt like I was "home"again! I always say it speakes volumes when you see the same faces at a job and no turnover! After a year of going somewhere else,hyundia made it right and I give credit when due!
