Stress is defined as the gap between expectations and reality and I experienced a huge gap. The Salesman, Chris Wainscott was awesome, no complaints. My stress came from Reggie in Finance. The first thin reality and I experienced a huge gap. The Salesman, Chris Wainscott was awesome, no complaints. My stress came from Reggie in Finance. The first thing that happened was I was lied to. I asked, since I had a letter of credit, not to run my credit again and was told they wouldn't need to. Reggie did anyway. Next, your dealership should be very proud of him because he was trying to make you a lot of money at my expense. He was extremely reluctant to share any of the actual costs but only wanted to talk about monthly payments. Every other time I have bought a car, including next door at your Nissan dealership, we discussed all of the options and what the real costs were and how it would effect the payment. Reggie already had the max on all the options set up with extreme profits built in and seemed appalled that I might not want this and appeared upset that he had to change the numbers. The initial monthly payment he presented was $150/month more than what I had calculated they should be prior to showing up, therefore the stress. I was prepared to pay $800 for GAP not $1,800. I was prepared to pay up to $2,300 for a 5 year warranty not $4,100. The only option that was presented for Warranty was the Premium coverage and nothing else. I bought a $38,000 vehicle 4 years ago and paid $700 for GAP and $1,850 for 8yr/100,000 platinum warranty. If Reggie had worked with me, I would have bought the GAP and the 5yr warranty. I am not stupid. I know the markup he was trying to get and I ended up paying $3,100 for a 3yr warranty which was still way overpriced. I will hand it to Reggie, normally the Finance guy tries to act like my friend and tell me how he is giving me a break on everything. Reggie did not in any way attempt to be my friend or give me a break on anything. If I had a different experience with another Finance Manager, I would have given a higher rating as everyone else was great and made me feel comfortable. BTW, the service department at their Nissan dealership next door is awesome. I've never tried their Honda Service department but assume it is equally awesome. More

I had. Great experience at Wolfchase Honda, from the phone call of the inquiry of a Honda Civic EX to the end, purchasing a car from Silas Amoh.
