Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback regarding your recent Pilot purchase. I apologize for the inconvenience you have experienced with the crackle and popping, the radio and the dash black out, as well as the fact that you were told there was nothing we could do about it by our Service Department. I certainly understand your frustrations. This is an issue the manufacturer, American Honda, became aware of just recently, it has not affected all 2020 Pilots, but we have had a few here at the dealership, including the owner's daughter's vehicle. Honda has been working to resolve this issue for several weeks and in fact, just released the fix to all Honda Service Departments. It will take about an hour to fix the vehicle in our Service Department and I will be happy to make an appointment that is convenient to you, or we can even pick your Pilot up at your home or place of business for you and return it to you when the service is complete. Please respond to me privately and I will make sure that we get you taken care of quickly and efficiently. This service will need to be done on a Monday through Friday, so just let me know what date and time is most convenient for you. We certainly appreciate your loyalty through the years and we want to get this taken care of for you as soon as possible and at no cost to you, Thank you and I will watch for your response.
