Rough finish on the Paint FIXED! I purchased a new Ranger and the paint seemed a bit rough. The Detail Dept. was backed up and it was Halloween so Emmanuel and Reuben suggested I com I purchased a new Ranger and the paint seemed a bit rough. The Detail Dept. was backed up and it was Halloween so Emmanuel and Reuben suggested I come back on Monday and they would detail the vehicle. Was I glad I accepted that offer. I do not think a bird dropping would stick to this finish now. The finish is amazing. Very smooth and the interior is spotless. I had weather guards mats that had already taking a beating and they look like new now. This team and Sam Pack Ford goes out of their way to insure you are satisfied before, during and especially after the sale. They do not forget about you after the sales. More

We talked to Todd C. on the phone before going in, and he had two trucks ready and waiting for us to look at/test drive. We picked one, and were able to get everything taken care of within just an hour or so. We didn't get to drive it home, as we had a few accessories we wanted added - were helped by Alex B. and are so happy with our choices. Everyone we dealt with at Sam Pack Carrollton was a total pleasure, nothing but professionalism and friendliness. We definitely recommend this Ford dealership! More

Buyer Beware My experience with Sam Pack’s Five Star Ford started off well. My sales rep was extremely responsive throughout the negotiation process, and was very My experience with Sam Pack’s Five Star Ford started off well. My sales rep was extremely responsive throughout the negotiation process, and was very upfront the entire time. After coming to an agreement on the sale price, I traveled 5 hours in order to finalize the sale of the vehicle. Due to the distance, I hired a third-party transport company to have the vehicle delivered by to my hometown. The experience took an extreme downward spiral when the vehicle arrived a day after making the purchase and it had a small dent on the back end of the trunk. I pointed it out to the driver and he showed me the documentation stating it was damaged from origin. I contacted my sales representative who informed me that it wasn’t damaged before it left, however, he had no pictures of the vehicle before it was load on the transport truck or documentation validating his claim. I spent an entire week dealing with my sales representative, the transport company’s claims representative, and the driver attempting to figure out when/how the damage happened and all I ended up getting is each party blaming each other. No one was willing to take ownership or to resolve the issue. Being 5 hours away from either company, and unable to make the trip back to discuss a way forward, I felt helpless. The fix I was presented by Sam Pack’s was that I could purchase an aftermarket panel to replace the trunk panel that has the dent. I asked if it was possible to have an OEM panel paid for and shipped to me for install. Unfortunately, I was informed the part was $527 and that they (upper management) wouldn’t foot the bill. You’d figure that after spending a substantial amount of money on a vehicle that the dealership would do everything in their power to make the situation right. Especially considering they can’t explicitly prove the damage wasn’t on my BRAND NEW vehicle before it was transported. For a company that undoubtedly makes a significant amount of money, they provided one of the worst car buying experiences of my life over $500. I have attempted to contact upper management on several occasions, but keeping getting no answer or responses to my voicemails. My sales representative keeps saying his attempts to correct the situation fail because those with the power to make the situation right won’t. I have made thousands of purchases, but I have never left a review before. I would be cautious when dealing with Sam Pack’s Five Star Ford. They provided an amazing experience until something went wrong in which their care, attentiveness, and ability to provide resolve goes out the window. With the purchase of this vehicle my family is now a “Ford Family” in that all of our vehicles are Fords. I use to have pride in being associated with Ford, but after this experience that’s no longer the case. More

I have always been very relaxed with no pressure from anyone. I called on Friday 8/16/2019 early afternoon. I talked with Reuben about a new truck. I had bought a new truck from Reuben 2 1/2 years ago; he remembered me and knew what type if truck I like. I might add I live in Midland, TX. by 6:30 PM Reuben had found me what I was looking for with even more features then I even knew came with these trucks. Reuben sent me photos of the truck that evening. The next morning my wife and myself drove to Carrollton, TX, we met with Reuben about 9:00 AM he let me know he was working on the paperwork. Then we met with Chris Krause who brought the new truck to the front for me to test drive. After the deal was done Chris set in the truck with me and helped me to sync my phone to the truck and went over all the features of the truck that I never knew about. Chris was very knowledgeable about all the great features with this truck. Ruben and Chris Krause are the best gentlemen to work with. I also worked with Michael Pisarik in finance, he worked out the best deal with extended warrantee and maintenance for me at a great price. Reuben, Chris, and Michael are great people to do business with. each one is very educated and knowledgeable in the respected fields. Each treated me and my wife with respect and friendliness. Sam Pack's Five Star Ford Carrollton, TX is the best place I have dealt with buying trucks and autos of anywhere I have ever been. By noon I drove off with my new F250 Lariat back to Midland, TX with a big smile on my face. More
