Another flawless delivery by Susan and The BMW Store Just took delivery of my wife's 2020 X3. The level of technology of this vehicle is really impressive. Sales Manager Ric Koresky leaves one with a confident assurance of impeccable quality of the product and the dealership. Eric Fender made the final step in the sale process go smooth with all of the documents ready for signature and explanation available as needed. The Service Department is outstanding. Rodney Steadman as my service is great to work with and always responds thoroughly and expediently with resolution of any issues. All in all, Lord willing, I'll be back again to the BMW Store in the not too distant future. More

It is unusual from my standpoint to have been offered such outstanding service by personnel as opposed to other ventures with other dealers. I highly recommend this The BMW Store dealership to all who are in the market for a BMW to experience the quality and enthusiasm of all personnel encountered. Mr. Wright, as my salesperson for the purchase of both an X3 and an X5, has been an exceptional experience with his knowledge of these vehicles with the intricacies of human / car interfaces. The iDrive learning curve has flattened out somewhat with his instruction. He has been an asset for us to evaluate what we wanted on a new car, plus, what was a valid consideration to be added as well. This type of ability to know what makes the car more comfortable and useful is a major capability for being able to enjoy the car. I want to thank Mr. Daniel Wright for all of his help and expertise in our purchases. More

2020 X5 Words can hardly express the sincere involvement, both personal and knowledge, for the purchase of a 2020 X5. When the salesperson was not available the particular day my wife and I arrived (didn't know it was his day off), Ric was able and willing to spend time with us including a short demo drive. For a Sales Manager position, I consider this way up and beyond normal for a person so busy. He spent the time with us and answered our questions. Even back to the dealership, Ric was always out to greet and see how we were doing. I've never had such an amazing car sales experience, especially from a busy, busy Sales Manager. If I wear a hat, my hat is off to Ric! More
